Is Edukrish free?
Yes, during early access. Core guidance for students is intended to stay free. Paid plans for deeper support will be announced with clear prices before anyone is charged.
Is the interests profile a psychometric or aptitude test?
No. It's a structured self-reflection based on the widely used RIASEC interest framework plus work values. It hasn't been independently validated yet, and we say so in the product. It doesn't measure ability or intelligence.
How are careers recommended?
By a transparent formula comparing your interests, values and subject confidence with each career's profile. The full method is published.
Can universities pay to be recommended?
No. Rankings are based only on fit for the student. If Edukrish ever has a paid relationship with an institution, it will be labelled wherever that institution appears.
My child is under 18. What do I need to do?
When your child signs up, you'll receive an email explaining what we collect. Their account opens only after you approve. Your approval is recorded, and you can withdraw it by writing to privacy@edukrish.com.
What can parents see?
A linked parent can follow progress: study profile, interests and values results, career matches, shortlist and next steps. For students under 18, the parent who approved the account sees all of these. Students aged 18 and over choose exactly what each parent sees, and can change it at any time. Parents can never change a student's work, and individual questionnaire answers stay private to the student.
Do you guarantee admission or visas?
Never. Nobody honest can. We help you make better-informed decisions and prepare thoroughly; the decisions belong to institutions and authorities.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@edukrish.com from your account email and we will erase or anonymise your data as described in our privacy notice. A self-service download and delete option is being added to account settings.
Which languages are supported?
English today. Hindi questionnaire wording is drafted and under review; a full Hindi interface is next, followed by other Indian languages.
