Draft pending legal review
Edukrish gives guidance, not guarantees. Use it honestly, keep your account secure, and make important decisions with the people who know you best.
The service
Edukrish provides tools and information to help students and families explore careers and education options. Some features are in early access and may change.
Information about careers, exams, institutions and scholarships can change. We label how each piece of information was sourced and when it was reviewed; always confirm critical details with the official body.
Guidance, not guarantees
Assessments are self-reflection tools, not aptitude, clinical or psychological tests. Fit scores describe alignment with what you told us; they are not predictions of admission, success, income or visa outcomes.
Edukrish is not a law firm, immigration adviser, financial adviser or admissions office. For consequential decisions, consult qualified professionals and official sources.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, including your date of birth. Students under 13 may not create an account; students aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent.
Keep your password confidential. Tell us at once at hello@edukrish.com if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no impersonation, harassment, scraping, attempts to access other people's data, uploading malicious files or submitting false documents.
We may suspend accounts that put other users — especially minors — at risk.
Your content
You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and the people you choose to share it with.
Paid plans
No paid plans are on sale yet. When they launch, prices, taxes, renewal and refund terms will be shown before you pay.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Edukrish is not liable for decisions you make based on information in the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Final governing-law and dispute terms are subject to legal review.
